Business Analyst

Gather and document business requirements and align with technical team to define the technical specification to meet the expected outcome

Analyze and assess existing business systems and procedures.

Participate in root cause analysis to recommend enhancements or other appropriate actions to improve usability and/or functionality

Act as an advocate for clients by submitting new requests to the internal Product Management team(s) to support continuous product evolution and enhancement

Follows the standard system development lifecycle and ensure other adhere to the standards

Create new and/or modify existing programs to implement selected solutions.

Ability to write technical reports to ensure processes performed are appropriately recorded.

Liaises with end users and provide system feasibility report and specifications for automation.

Partner with data development teams to improve data assets, quality, metrics and insights

Analyze projects and provide directions and solutions.

Performs all duties in a professional, effective and confidential manner.

Performs all other related duties as required or assigned.
