Responsible for procurement of stock and non-stock items and coordinates between vendors/ suppliers, end- user departments and Warehouse Department. In charge of receiving poutations, preparing bid analysis and processing all paper work relevant to the received quotations.

Procures stock and non-stock items. |
|
Prepares bid analysis and liaise with relevant departments. |
|
Prepares contracts as needed. |
|
Updates Purchasing System as needed. |
|
Coordinates between vendors, Warehouse and End-users. |
|
Follow-up on Purchase Orders (POs) and prepare documents for payments. |
|
Submit routine reports to his immediate Supervisor as needed. |
|
Maintain accurate files for current and old transactions for future reference. |
|
Performs all duties in a professional, effective, and confidential manner. |
|
Performs all other duties as required or assigned. |
المهارات
Two (2) years Diploma in Material Management, Business Administration or related equivalent from an accredited university (Essential).
Valid Saudi Driver License (Essential).
