Responsible for planning, organizing, and setting goals in child care centre. This includes supervising other staff, developing programs, educational curricula, and recreational activities to promote the children’s physical, social, emotional and intellectual development, as well as developing rules and consequences to ensure proper behaviour and safe environment.
المهارات
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pre-School Education or equivalent from an accredited university with a minimum of Eight (8) years’ teaching experience with toddlers, kindergartens within preparatory school (Essential).
OR,
Master’s Degree in Pre-School Education or equivalent from an accredited university with a minimum of Six (6) years’ teaching experience with toddlers, kindergartens within preparatory school (Essential).
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Developing and updating systems, applying them, and evaluating them continuously to raise work efficiency. |
|
Prepares, revises and develops policies and procedures in support of Child Care Center operations; implements and monitors compliance with approved policies, procedures, and processes. |
|
Participates in the development, prepares and implements the Child Care Center budget. |
|
Recognizing the training needs of employees and developing teamwork. |
|
Prepares performance evaluations for all employees assigned in the Center. |
|
Establishes and implements workshops and training programs for the Child Care Center staff./ Trains, supports and leads staff to achieve and maintain high standards. |
|
Organizing community partnerships and attending workshops with other relevant parties, in order to raise the quality of services provided. |
|
Oversees the planning and implementation of activities to meet the children’s needs. |
|
Develop and implements programs for the children’s development. |
|
Ability to gather and analyze facts, draw conclusions, define problems, and suggest solutions. |
|
Effective communication with parents’, to provide a high standard of services. |
|
Ensure that a questionnaire is sent to parents to evaluate the services provided by the child care center. |
|
Guides employees in preparing activity programs for the children. |
|
Ensure the quality and efficiency of activities provided to children. |
|
Ensure the implementation of all child care center programs. |
|
Evaluation of preparation files and tutorials. |
|
Adopting advanced and high-quality scientific approaches. |
|
Adopting uniforms for children of the best quality and appropriate to the identity of the hospital. |
|
Carrying out annual visits to kindergartens and centers of excellence in child care, to exchange experiences and raise work efficiency. |
|

Provide rooms for child care center and classroom needs, including: (Educational aids room, raw materials rooms, storage, educational staff room, and laboratory tools). |

Ensures the suitability and proper utilization of all rooms, furniture and equipment assigned in the Center. |

Effective cooperation with other departments in the hospital with possible capabilities to raise the quality of work. |
|
Oversees daily food program implementation as per the children’s nutritional needs. |
|
Observes the physical condition of the children and reports possible health problems. |
|
Ensures the care and well-being of all children entrusted to the Center. |
|
Performs all duties in a professional, effective, and confidential manner. |
|
Performs all other duties as required or assigned. |
