Civil Engineer I

Coordinate with the maintenance contractor to maintain buildings, grounds, and equipment.

-Education/Professional Experience/Licensure:

1-Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university with minimum of two (2) years’ experience working at supervisory level in Project Engineering/Maintenance (Essential).

OR

2- Masters’ Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university (Essential).

• Member of Saudi Council of Engineers (Essential)

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage to follow-up the Work Orders, Preventive Maintenance Schedules, Modifications, and Construction Works with the hospital contractors as per instruction of the Utility and Maintenance Manager.
• Provide technical advice regarding design, construction, or program modifications and structural repairs to industrial and managerial personnel.
• Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety or sanitation standards.
• Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment, or labor to determine project feasibility.
• Direct or participate in surveying to lay out installation to establish reference points, grades, or elevation to guide construction.
• Analyze survey report, maps, drawing, blueprints, aerial photography, and other topographical or geologic data to plan projects.
• Assists in evaluating the maintenance contractor’s performance.
• Preparing and receiving the consumables of the R&R department.
• Updating drawing ( after modifications & old )
• Arranging and updating the drawing library.
• Performs all duties in a professional, effective, and confidential manner.
• Performs all other related duties as required or assigned.
