Coordinator

Coordinate with cross functional working team to explore practical and modern Innovation frameworks to incorporate with KKESH way of work process

Coordinate the innovation workshops, meetups and other events as part of our innovation services and programmes, including preparing presentation slides, facilitating workshops, and supporting on workshop reports

Tracks the progress of all projects up-to-date report, includes all ongoing projects status and innovation work requests

Supporting regular communication with external stakeholders and innovation business trend

Participate to develop sustainable Innovation Portfolio for KKESH to achieve its goals and strategies which can be updated as agreed

Support the Integration & Innovation Strategy

Set priorities and plans implementation of daily activities, ensures implementation is completed in an organized manner following KKESH standards

Assist the Manager/Director in preparing correspondence, reports, department budget, and other documents

Follows office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency

Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions

Performs all duties in a professional, effective and confidential manner

Performs all other related duties as required or assigned
