Responsible to identify internal and external programs, evaluates the trainee for effectiveness of training and individual employee growth and the development of reporting for measurement of training needs and results.
المتطلبات والمسؤوليات
Diploma in Hospital/Public/Business Administration or equivalent from an accredited institute with minimum of four (4) years’ experience working in a capacity of Administrative / Management/ Educator or related field (Essential).
Bachelor’s Degree in Hospital/ Public /Business Administration or equivalent from an accredited university with minimum of two (2) years’ experience working in a capacity of Management / Educator or related field (Desirable).
Contributes to overall efficiency and effectiveness of the Training and Scholarship Department. |
Demonstrates effective priority setting, time management, and decision making skills. |
Coordinates with other departments in planning and scheduling training activities. |
Plans and prepares schedule of educational/training activities. |
Ensures that educational materials, programs conducted, processes and methodologies of training are up-to-date in accordance with the established standard, hospital policies and procedures. |
Reviews program evaluations and makes program revisions as appropriate. |
Documents a comprehensive report of educational needs, planned programs, evaluation and follow-up as necessary and when in response to an identified problem. |
Evaluates applicants of training programs through interview, examinations, document requirements, etc. as needed. |
Handles external instructors issues such as coordination, payment arrangement, etc. |
Identifies training needs, organizes training activities through outsourcing based on the hospital need. |
Coordinates and prepares all the documentations related to all internal training programs (i.e. In-House training, Management Hour, etc.) |
Manages any activities related to the Annual Educational Symposium as requested. |
Plans, conducts, and makes appropriate recommendations on educational and performance needs assessments. |
Advises on symposium planning activities of Training and Scholarship Department, and reports on progress and issues. |
Handles the short-term training issues such as registration, coordination, payment arrangement, attendance and evaluation form etc. as required. |
Coordinates and monitors/oversees the implementation of governmental programs (i.e. IPA, MOH training programs, etc.). |
Coordinates the General Orientation program and all mandatory updates as per hospital policy. |
Keeps records related to external training institutions. |
Communicates with both the training centers and trainees to ensure that the training objectives are met according to the set criteria. |
Monitors KKESH interns through weekly report and periodic visits to training areas. |
Coordinates KKESH Diploma students and handle all related communication and documents. |
Monitors the training of MOH employees in the hospital. |
Performs all duties in a professional, effective and confidential manner. |
Performs all other related duties as required or assigned. |
