Responsible for assisting the HR Planning & Development Director in preparing, implementing and monitoring manpower planning, career path, job analysis, job evaluation and succession planning.
Assists managers to adjust and improve job design, career path, position qualifications and other aspects of organization structures. |
Participate in planning, implantation and management of Hospital compensation practices, policies and benefit issues. |
Develop and evaluate salary survey data, contacting other sources to obtain salary information. |
Analyse and develop job descriptions and adjust when necessarily. |
Monitor positions budgets for all department. |
Responsible for updating and maintaining the positions database in an accurate and correct manner. |
Responsible for reviewing and ensuring all objectives are uploaded in the HRIS system. |
Ensure appraislas are created in the system. |
Conducts studies and compiles statistics as required. |
Propose initatives for HR performance or process imporvement. |
Performs all duties in a professional, effective and confidential manner. |
Performs all other related duties as required or assigned. |
المتطلبات والمسؤوليات
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Management or equivalent from an accredited University with minimum of three (3) years’ experience, working in Planning or organization development (Essential).
- Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Management or equivalent from an accredited university with minimum of one (1) year experience, working in Planning or organization development (Essential).
- Professional Certificate in HR such as SHRM or CIPD. (Preferred)
