Responsible for the overall Physician schedules, and Clinical and Surgical Scheduling under the general direction of the Clinical & Surgical Supervisor to ensure quality.
Receives all incoming calls and personal inquires related to the scheduling process demonstrating in a courteous manner. |
Direct and coordinate the booking of Clinical & Surgical waiting list. |
Create Clinical & Surgical physician schedule on TrakCare, and identifies empty slot and convert them into sessions. |
Liaises with physicians regarding their waiting list and Division Chair to arrange waiting list of Ex KKESH physicians. |
Liaises with OR staff regarding special order cases, physician surgical privileges, space and machine availability. |
Coordinate with OPS regarding medical clearance and allocation / utilization of clinical slots. |
Prepares regular periodic and statistical reports as required. |
Obtain and verifies all information required about the patient and surgical procedure at the time of scheduling. |
Accurately input all data required for the scheduling process and statistical analysis. Seek clarification if order/data are incomplete or unclear. |
Plans for the best possible utilization of surgery time & rooms in the scheduling process. |
Provides information to the Case Management Manager & OPS on allocation / utilization of clinical & surgical slots. |
Coordinate with Eligibility & Outreach to arrange physician chart review / waiting list. |
Coordinate with medical staff regarding physician’s on call, leaves and contact to create physicians schedules. |
Coordinate with HRD & CMO regarding new physician’s contract to create physicians schedules. |
Performs all duties in a professional, effective and confidential manner. |
Performs all other related duties as required or assigned. |

High School Certificate (Essential)
Minimum of one (1) year in cash handling or customer service preferably in health care setting (Desirable).
