Responsible for planning, organizing, implementing and administration of all sports programs of the Social Club including setting the sports calendar, ensuring sports classes/trainings and tournaments are well organized and carried out effectively in a timely and collaborative manner and working within the approved budget. |

Participates in the development of goals and objectives as well as policies and procedures; makes recommendations for changes and improvements to existing standards, policies, and procedures; participates in the implementation of approved policies and procedures; monitors work activities to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures. |
|
Establish schedules and methods for providing recreation services; identify resource needs; review needs with appropriate management staff, allocate resources accordingly. |
|
Implements Social Club facilities booking/reservation policies and procedure and fees schedule of the services offered by the Social Club in coordination with the Social Club Manager. |
|
Assists in receiving, processing and monitoring of booking/reservation of the clients for utilization of all Social Club facilities and other recreation areas. Negotiate payment arrangement when needed as approved by the Social Club Manager. |
|
Monitors the use of facility space, equipment and activities, ensuring only eligible customers use the facility. |
|
Prepares and maintains formal records and evaluation summaries of each program event, detailing cost, materials and personnel needed, participants, specific recommendations, etc. |
|
Participates in the preparation and administration of the recreation/sports program budget; submits budget recommendation; monitors expenditures. |
|
Undertakes regular patrols during shifts, ensuring that all users are abiding by the rules, regulations and conditions of use; challenges unauthorized entrance and prevent inappropriate or illegal use of the sports facilities and equipment. |
|
Monitors the use of facility space, equipment and activities, ensuring only bonafide customers use the facility. |
|
Sits on the Social Club Team and initiates proceedings to settle all complaints and protests and solicits suggestions for improvement of the recreation program and activities. |
|
Assumes supervisory responsibility over facilities and staff during short-term absences of the Social Club Manager and ensure that all club area responsibilities are carried out in an efficient and timely manner. |
|
Performs all other duties/tasks within the realm of his/her knowledge and ability as directed by the Social Club Manager. |
|
Performs all duties in a professional, effective, and confidential manner. |
المهارات
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Management, Physical Education, Recreation, Parks and Leisure Studies or related field from an accredited university with four (4) years’ experience (Essential).
OR,
- Master’s Degree in Sports Management, Physical Education, Recreation, Parks and Leisure Studies or related field from an accredited university with two (2) years’ experience (Desirable).
- Training course in Physical Education/Sports Management/ Recreation, Parks and Leisure, Sports Activities/field or equivalent (Desirable).
- Current Basic Life Support Certification (Essential).
