The Supervisor Dispatcher is responsible for the scheduling and delivery of transportation requirements for hospital staff and on-site personnel and dependents, under the supervision of Transportation Supervisor
المهارات
High School Certificate or equivalent with minimum of two (2) years’ experience in transportation or related field (Essential).
OR,
Two (2) years’ Diploma in Business/Public/Hospital Administration or equivalent from an accredited institute (Desirable).
Valid Saudi Driving License (Essential).

Directs Hospital vehicles to areas requiring transportation within the guidelines set up by Transportation Department on a daily basis. |
|
Prepares duty schedules and times to ensure adequate coverage of transportation needs. |
|
Assists in preparing various reports and forms deemed necessary by the department. |
|
Receives all incoming transportation requests from other departments and maintains departmental records. |
|
Receives all telephone calls from other departments regarding transportation services. |
|
Maintains a daily roster of transportation personnel and assignments. |
|
Performs all duties in a professional, effective and confidential manner. |
|
Performs all other related duties as required or assigned. |
