Telephone Operator

Responsible for the operation of the switchboard.

Operate assigned console.

Responsible for all necessary assignment paperwork.

Required to perform professionally in each hospital code.

Responsible for maintaining hospital equipment and properties during assigned shift.

Responsible for placing international and national calls and review of all necessary and required information.

Must respond positively when required to attend to work at any time.

Performs all duties in a professional, effective and confidential manner.

Performs all other related duties as required or assigned.
