Bachelor’s Degree in Hospital/ Public /Business Administration or equivalent from an accredited university with minimum of two (2) years’ experience working in planning, designing and implementing training programs in a capacity of Management / Educator or related field (Essential).HRCI, SHRM, and CIPD Human resources international certificates (Desirable) Experience in healthcare facility/large hospital setting (Desirable).

Contributes to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the Learning and Development Department.
Conducts needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements across departments, and coordinates with relevant teams to plan and schedule educational and training activities; through outsourcing based on the hospital needs.
Implement comprehensive training programs aligned with organizational goals.
Plans and makes appropriate recommendations on educational and performance needs assessments.
Coordinates and prepares all the documentation related to all internal training programs (i.e. In-House training, Management Hour, etc….)
Handles the short-term training issues such as registration, coordination, payment arrangement, attendance and evaluation form etc. as required.
Handles the scholarship issues such as registration, coordination, minutes of meetings, payment arrangement, attendance, and evaluation, etc., as required.
Ensures that educational materials, programs conducted, processes and methodologies of training are up-to-date in accordance with the established standard, hospital policies and procedures.
Evaluates applicants of training programs through interviews, examinations, document requirements, etc. as needed.
Communicates with both the training centers and trainees to ensure that the training objectives are met according to the set criteria.
Manages external instructor matters, including coordination and payment arrangements.
Coordinates the General Orientation program and all mandatory updates as per hospital policy.
Coordinates and monitors the implementation of governmental programs (i.e. IPA, MOH training programs, etc...)
Oversees activities related to the Annual Educational Symposium as assigned; provides guidance on planning initiatives led by the Learning and Development Department and reports on progress and any arising issues.
Maintains records for both internal and external training institutions.
Monitors KKESH& RC interns through weekly reports and periodic visits to training areas.
Monitors the training of MOH employees in the KKESH&RC and other institutions.
Documents a comprehensive report of educational needs, planned programs, evaluation and follow-up as necessary and when in response to an identified problem.
Performs all duties in a professional, effective and confidential manner.
Performs all other related duties as required or assigned.
