1. Position Summary:
- Responsible in conducting financial audits of accounting transactions in the Finance Department to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial information and processes. And present written and oral reports on a regular basis

Responsible for the timely completion and implementation of the daily Auditing work. |
|
Incoming documents shall be audited and inspected after completion to confirm it is verified and financially and documentary legal. |
|
Present written and oral finance reports on a regular basis. |
|
Ensure that financial penalties are calculated as stipulated in the policy. |
|
Audit all accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions. |
|
Review petty cash and related documents ensure they were conducted as per the established rules and procedures. |
|
Audit of financial operations in the system. |
|
Provide financial work information by collecting and summarizing data. |
|
Ensures all transactions adhere to respective Governmental guidelines and regulations. |
|
Performs all duties in a professional, effective, and confidential manner. |
|
Performs all other related duties as required or assigned. |
Requirements and Responsibilities
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited university with a minimum of two (2) years’ experience working in Accounting or related field (Essential).
OR
Master’s Degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited university (Desirable).
