- Responsible for supporting high-level executives and management or entire departments. Provides administrative support and performs numerous duties, including scheduling, writing correspondence, emailing, handling visitors, routing callers, and answering questions and requests. Responsible for all secretarial duties including typing and distribution of all correspondence reports and records relating to department’s maintaining the highest level of confidentiality Answers, screens and refers telephone calls. Handles routine inquiries. Established and implements a systematic filing system for all documents, records and correspondence maintained in the department Maintains electronic calendar for scheduling all meeting and reserving/booking conference rooms/venue for department head and other superiors. Receives and screens all personnel, visitors. Ensures office equipment is running well and maintained. Maintains inventory and order office supplies. Responsible for the production of accurate monthly statistics received from all departments and prepare the consolidated report for the department head. Responsible for establishing and maintaining effective data governance frameworks within an organization and focusing on developing policies and procedures to ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Besides to the data should be effectively managed and leveraged to support strategic decision-making and KKESH goals. Create and implement data governance policies and frameworks to ensure data quality, security, and compliance. Act as a liaison between data owners and users, promoting data accountability and stewardship across the organization. Establish data quality metrics and monitor compliance, identifying areas for improvement. Ensure adherence to data protection regulations and industry standards, conducting regular audits. Develop and maintain a data classification schema to categorize data based on sensitivity and importance. Oversee the entire data lifecycle, from creation and storage to archival and deletion. Work with IT, legal, and compliance teams to align data governance efforts with organizational objectives. Create and maintain a data catalog to enhance data discoverability and usage. Address data-related issues and conflicts, facilitating resolution between stakeholders. Identify and assess data-related risks, recommending mitigation strategies. Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of data governance initiatives. Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously improve data governance practices. Performs all duties in a professional, effective and confidential manner. Responsible for overseeing the organization’s data management strategies to ensure data integrity, accessibility, and security. This role involves developing and implementing data governance policies, monitoring data quality, and managing data lifecycle processes and plays a critical role in enabling data-driven decision-making and enhancing overall data management practices. Develop and enforce data management policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and security. Monitor and assess data quality, identifying discrepancies and implementing corrective measures. Design and implement systems for collecting, storing, and managing data efficiently. Analyze complex data sets to derive actionable insights and support decision-making processes. Plan and execute data migration projects, ensuring minimal disruption and data loss. Maintain and optimize databases, ensuring they are secure, backed up, and accessible. Work closely with IT, data analysts, and other departments to align data management strategies with organizational goals. Create and maintain documentation related to data management processes, policies, and systems. Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations and industry standards. Facilitate data integration from various sources to create a unified view of organizational data. Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate data insights to stakeholders. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to data management to continually improve practices. Performs all duties in a professional, effective and confidential manner. Performs variety of tasks such as but not limited to; clerical and record keeping duties, acts as a receptionist for assigned unit, and assist patients whenever & however is needed. Acts as unit receptionist. Receives patient, visitor and staff inquiries at the reception desk. Responds in a timely, helpful and cordial manner to inquiries whether in person or by telephone and directs information to appropriate personnel. Acts as a resource to other staff for location of forms, manuals, etc. Accurately maintains the department’s record book. Reviews log at end of day for accuracy and completeness. Completes requisition forms and schedules procedures with appropriate departments including Appointments, Laboratory, Radiology, Ultrasound, etc. Accompanies patient and / or medical record to various departments or areas required. Ensures all patient records have legible identification details as applicable. Complete their applications if needed. Patient reports and documentation are filed correctly and in order in the medical record during downtime. Maintains adequate stock levels of forms and supplies in keeping with established stock levels and maintains appropriate supply of forms in exam rooms. Prepares monthly requests for forms and supplies and utilizes supplies in a cost-effective manner. Utilizes equipment/supplies appropriately and efficiently. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports and identifies trends for improvement. Sets priorities and plans implementation of daily activities, ensures implementation is completed in an organized manner following KKESH standards. Facilitates flow of patients within the clinical and/or to other departments or services as indicated. Collects patient payments and issues receipts in accordance with the set procedures. Maintains a log for both admitted patients and outpatients. Reviews and reconciles daily cash receipts. Responds to patients’/companions’ inquiries as necessary and/or required. Performs all duties in a professional, effective and confidential manner. Performs all other related duties as required or assigned.

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing in country of professional practice (Diploma from Western and similar countries, otherwise Bachelor’s Degree) Current License as a Registered Nurse (RN) from country of Professional practice (Essential).Valid Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) Classification and Registration in good standing (Essential).Professional Experience:Non- Saudi: Minimum of four (4) years working experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute health care/ hospital setting (100 beds or more), two (2) years of which was spent Medical/Surgical/Pediatric/Operating Room/Post Anesthesia Recovery Room/High Dependency Unit/Emergency Room areas (Essential).Saudi: Minimum of one (1) year working experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute health care/ hospital setting (100 beds or more), two (2) years of which was spent in Medical/Surgical/Pediatric/Operating Room/Post Anesthesia Recovery Room/High Dependency Unit/Emergency Room
