Senior Cyber Defense Analyst

Identify alternative cybersecurity strategies to address organizational security objective. Ensure that cybersecurity architecture design is aligned with the organization's cybersecurity strategy. Develop cybersecurity policies, standards, procedures, and processes aligned with organizational frameworks. Support the cybersecurity teams in the planning and development of an appropriate Cyber Security operational plan and other projects. Participate in cross-functional project teams to design, implement, and test cybersecurity standards, regulatory requirements, technologies, processes/procedures, and specifications. Evaluate development of new systems and processes to ensure that appropriate security controls are implemented. Conduct moderately complex network architecture and cyber security analysis, product configuration, integration testing, and troubleshooting. Ensure that cybersecurity inspections, tests and reviews are coordinated for the network environment. Ensure that cybersecurity improvement actions are evaluated, implemented and reviewed as required. Identify the implications of new technologies and upgrades on cybersecurity across the organization. Review and, if appropriate, approve cybersecurity capabilities of proposed new technologies prior to organizational adoption. Ensure that all documentation relating to network security is developed, issued and maintained. Ensure that cybersecurity requirements are included as appropriate in any procurement action. Identify potential security incidents and report as necessary. Ensure appropriate data is collected and maintained to meet defined cybersecurity reporting requirements. Ensure that appropriate resources are allocated to meet the organization's cybersecurity requirements. Performs all duties in a professional, effective and confidential manner. Computes service award of employees for final settlements. 8. Prepares the necessary monthly reconciliation. 9. Responsible for Adjusting payroll records. 10. Updating payroll records on GOSI, such as (updating salaries, removing, resigned employees, adding new employee, etc….) 11. Prepares financial payroll reports as directed by the Payroll Manager. 12.
