Job Description
Responsible for the process of planning and budgeting including budgetary preparation and analysis of budgetary implementation.
Requirements and Responsibilities
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited university with Minimum of two (2) years’ experience working in Budgeting division (Essential).
OR
- Master’s Degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited university (Essential).

Processes requests such as stock, non-stock and capital equipment requisitions though the ERP System and ensures requests made are within budgetary limits. |
|
Monitors the expenses of all hospital departments throughout the year. |
|
Monitoring the operational budget of the Hospital. |
|
Prepares monthly or as required, analysis of various budget accounts to ensure the accuracy of the contents. |
|
Report on differences between actual expenses and budgeted expenses and recommend on reducing budget or reallocation of excess funds based on the report. |
|
Assist in the preparation of the annual Hospital budget. |
|
Responsible for updating and completing all supporting schedules before releasing the annual preliminary budget to all Hospital departments. |
|
Prepare reports for the contracts in MOF system-Etimad. |
|
Register all pending payments in ERP to support the budget from MOH. |
|
Prepares financial reports, schedules and worksheets, as required, in a timely manner. |
|
Performs all duties in a professional, effective, and confidential manner. |
|
Performs all other related duties as required or assigned. |
