Job Description
Delivers mails from the department to the hospital in a timely manner. |
Escorts clients/visitors from the department to all hospital area as requested. |
Assists in delivering mails to other organization as needed. |
Assists in all clerical work activities within the department. |
Carries out basic administrative work as needed. |
May performs clerical duties such as typing and making copies as required. |
Performs all duties in a professional, effective, and confidential manner |
Performs all other related duties as required or assigned |
Requirements and Responsibilities
High School Certificate or equivalent (Desirable).
Minimum of one (1) year experience in healthcare/hospital setting (Desirable).
- Specialized Knowledge:
Knowledge of the Hospital’s layout and various departments (Desirable).
Good standard of oral and written English language (Essential).
