Job Description

Responsible for delivering mails from the department to the other Departments and backwards within Hospital Departments.

Delivers mails from the department to the hospital in a timely manner.

Escorts clients/visitors from the department to all hospital area as requested.

Assists in delivering mails to other organization as needed.

Assists in all clerical work activities within the department.

Carries out basic administrative work as needed.

May performs clerical duties such as typing and making copies as required.

Performs all duties in a professional, effective, and confidential manner

Performs all other related duties as required or assigned

Requirements and Responsibilities

High School Certificate or equivalent (Desirable).Minimum of one (1) year experience in healthcare/hospital setting (Desirable).
