Qualifications: Education / Licensure/ Professional Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer science, Software Engineering from an accredited university with a minimum of four (4) years’ experience in software development, particularly in healthcare applications or innovation projects. (Essential)
Certification in software development methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Developer, Microsoft Certified Developer).

Design and develop software applications that support hospital operations and innovation initiatives. |

Keep up to date with the latest developments in healthcare technology and innovation. |

Maintain high standards of software development and ensure solutions are scalable and secure. |

Work with the innovation team to define requirements and develop appropriate technical solutions. |

Collaborate with medical and IT teams to develop technology solutions that meet clinical needs. |
|
Work closely with teams across departments to ensure seamless integration of solutions. |
|
Conduct software testing and ensure all solutions meet quality standards. |
|
Maintain and update existing applications to improve functionality and efficiency. |
|
Performs all duties in a professional, effective and confidential manner. |
|
Performs all other related duties as required or assigned. |
