Qualifications:
Education / Licensure/ Professional Experience:
Two (2) years Diploma in Medical Records/Hospital Administration or equivalent from an accredited institute, with minimum of two (2) years’ experience in healthcare setting / medical reports (Essential).
Bachelor’s degree in Hospital Administration or equivalent from an accredited institute with one (1) year experience in healthcare setting / medical reports (Desirable).
Requirements and Responsibilities
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and print a comprehensive report from active or inactive files, routine correspondence, requests, and sick leave as requested by other departments or services as indicated in the medical reports policies and procedures.
2. Working on Seha platform by Verify data by comparing it to source documents and transferring data from paper formats into computer files or database systems and retrieving data from the database or electronic files as requested for approval by the auditor.
3. Receive Efadh requests (program related to the ministry of finance) and performs self-quality checks on all work to assure the accuracy of the information release.
4. Receive BAIN requests (program related to the Medical Commissions) and performs self-quality checks on all work to assure the accuracy of the information release.
5. Providing Comprehensive Rehabilitation Center and Social Affairs with the necessary medical reports that contain the medical history, visual acuity, and the percentage of disability.
6. Receiving calls on the hotline, answering questions, and distributing / sorting phone calls appropriately to other sections if needed.
7. Record, maintain, and seek approval for translation requests of medical reports and contact the patient after completion.
8. Receives correspondence from CTS, also from Government offices such as the Ministry of Health, General Medical Communities, Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Interior, Police Department, and other institutions. Relays requested information from the physicians and arranges replies to all correspondence.
9. Responsible for safeguarding all patient information and being sure to receive it by himself or one of the first degree of his relative.
10.Prepare daily , weekly and monthly statistical reports and identifies trends for improvement.
11. Sets priorities and plans implementation of daily activities ensures implementation is completed in an organized manner following KKESH standards.
12. Performs all duties in a professional, effective and confidential manner.
13. Performs all other related duties as required or assigned.
