Senior Quality Specialist

Oversees continuous education staff at all levels in performance Improvement by using

Quality Tools such as (Flow Charting, Root Cause Analysis, Brainstorming, Cause & Effect

Diagram, Gap Analysis, and Benchmarking).

Ensure coordination taking place with department heads and/or supervisors to set indicators

to be monitored

Convert data into information which can be used for decision making

Reports all data, graphs and findings to Director of Quality Management.

Conducts an internal Data Validation for data and information.

Submits data validation reports to the relevant Department Heads, Committee Chairs, or

Team Leaders.

Ensure Patient Satisfaction Study has been conducted. Reports all data, graphs and findings to Director of Quality Management and requesting committee on a semi-annual basis.

Ensure that all data collected are inserted to the computer using available software, and reports all findings to Director of Quality Management and requesting committee on a monthly basis.

Demonstrates capabilities to identify problems, and initiate corrective actions and preventive actions.

Demonstrates understanding of the special project or study requirement.

Conduct research and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of quality management strategies and recommend improvements.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in quality management to continuously enhance strategies.

Performs all duties in a professional, effective, and confidential manner.

Performs all other related duties as required or assigned.
