Qualifications:
Education / Licensure / Professional Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent from an accredited university with minimum of two (2) years’ experience working in information system application project and designing a files and database structure or equivalent (Essential).
Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent from an accredited university (Desirable).
Requirements and Responsibilities

Analyzing business requirements by collaborating with users and stakeholders to understand system workflows, data usage, and operational processes. |
|
Identify problem areas and evaluate operational feasibility through analysis, requirements gathering, and solution assessment. |
|
Assist in project planning by providing time estimates and identifying risks or dependencies in the development lifecycle. |
|
Define project timelines and key milestones; maintain thorough documentation of project scope, requirements, and integration points. |
|
Design and develop software solutions aligned with business needs, following the software development lifecycle. |
|
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code with appropriate structure, logic, and inline comments. |
|
Document technical designs using flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, and supporting documentation. |
|
Ensure adherence to software development best practices, coding standards, and departmental guidelines. |
|
Evaluate and test new or modified software programs to ensure they function according to specifications. |
|
Perform and support integration testing to ensure seamless interaction between software components. |
|
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to code quality, system performance, and project milestones. |
|
Implement best practices for data protection and application security; Ensure software solutions comply with industry standards, regulations, and internal policies. |
|
Collaborate with the development team to enhance existing applications and support the deployment of new solutions. |
|
Maintain comprehensive user and technical documentation for application systems, adhering to established department formats. |
|
Participate in end-user training programs for in-house-developed and general-purpose software applications. |
|
Prepare and present technical reports, status updates, and documentation for internal reviews and stakeholder communication. |
|
Research and recommend emerging technologies and frameworks, proposing innovative solutions to enhance software quality, performance, and development efficiency. |
|
Stay current with industry trends and engage in continuous learning through professional development and education. |
|
Performs all duties in a professional, effective and confidential manner. |
|
Performs all other related duties as required or assigned. |
