1. Prepares summary of employee expense reimbursements and keys them into the system. |
2. Upload’s Salary main roll and transaction on ETIMAD platform. |
3. Prepares and revises, if necessary, the Main Roll before submission to Ministry of Health. |
4. Calculates adjustments for promotions and allowances. |
5. Computes overtime/ on call payments, advance salaries. |
6. Computes payroll deduction for employee such as (Social Development Bank/ Real-Estate Development Fund, water service and electricity fees, etc…..) |
7. Computes service award of employees for final settlements. |
8. Prepares the necessary monthly reconciliation. |
9. Responsible for Adjusting payroll records. |
10. Updating payroll records on GOSI, such as (updating salaries, removing, resigned employees, adding new employee, etc….) |
11. Prepares financial payroll reports as directed by the Payroll Manager. |
12. Performs all duties in a professional, effective, and confidential manner. |
13. Performs all other duties as required or assigned. |
المتطلبات والمسؤوليات
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from an accredited university (Essential).Minimum of one (1) year experience working in a capacity of Accountant/ Payroll or finance related field (Desirable).
