|
- Ensures accurate personnel records are maintained for all Hospital employees. |
|
- Ensures that all incoming/ outgoing personnel are properly processed and appropriate forms are completed. |
|
- Ensures that filing is carried out accurately and completely on a daily basis. |
|
- Monitors and ensures that all confidential documents are safe-guarded against loss or theft. |
|
- Delegates duties as required in order to facilitate timely completion of work. |
|
- Coordinates the efforts of the Human Resources Staff to provide prompt and effective service to all Hospital personnel. |
|
- Answers telephone and provides information according to established policies. |
|
- Encodes all data as per the established guidelines. |
|
- Assists in Employee Relations area as needed. |
|
- Provides coverage in other areas as needed. |
|
- Rotates with other HR staff members in meeting new arrivals or accompanying to the airport the employees on exit only visas. |
|
- Participates in Personnel On-Call duties as needed. |
|
- Performs all duties in a professional, effective and confidential manner. |
|
- Performs all other related duties as required or assigned. |
المتطلبات والمسؤوليات
- Two (2) years Diploma in Human Resources, Hospital/ Business/ Administration or equivalent from an accredited Institute with minimum of Two (2) years’ experience, working in Human Resources, Recruitment, Personnel or related field (Essential).
OR,
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Management or equivalent from an accredited University (Essential).
