Position Summary: Responsible for the activities of the hospital-wide quality improvement program and conducting special studies and projects under the direction of the Director of Quality Management. Oversees continuous education staff at all levels in performance Improvement by using Quality Tools such as (Flow Charting, Root Cause Analysis, Brainstorming, Cause & Effect Diagram, Gap Analysis, and Benchmarking). Ensure coordination taking place with department heads and/or supervisors to set indicators to be monitored Convert data into information which can be used for decision making Reports all data, graphs and findings to Director of Quality Management. Conducts an internal Data Validation for data and information. Submits data validation reports to the relevant Department Heads, Committee Chairs, or Team Leaders. Ensure Patient Satisfaction Study has been conducted. Reports all data, graphs and findings to Director of Quality Management and requesting committee on a semi-annual basis. Ensure that all data collected are inserted to the computer using available software, and reports all findings to Director of Quality Management and requesting committee on a monthly basis. Demonstrates capabilities to identify problems, and initiate corrective actions and preventive actions. Demonstrates understanding of the special project or study requirement. Conduct research and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of quality management strategies and recommend improvements. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in quality management to continuously enhance strategies. Performs all duties in a professional, effective, and confidential manner. Performs all other related duties as required or assigned.
Position Summary: The Accreditation Officer evaluates hospital performance for accreditation by conducting on-site assessments and reviewing submitted evidence. They produce reports highlighting best practices, areas for improvement, and necessary follow-up actions to meet accreditation standards. Perform on-site evaluations of healthcare facilities to assess compliance with accreditation standards. Review documentation and evidence provided by the hospital; Identify requirements to be addressed by the hospital with associated timeframes for completion. Monitor the hospital performance against the relevant international and national standards to ensure compliance with requirements. Evaluate hospital operations, clinical practices, and administrative processes against established benchmarks. Identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas of non-compliance. Develop detailed reports summarizing findings from assessments. Provide clear, actionable recommendations to address deficiencies. Outline follow-up actions required for accreditation compliance. Collaborate with KKESH&RC staff to determine pre-accreditation evidence needed in advance of on-site assessment; Provide guidance and clarification on accreditation requirements. Interpret and apply standards consistently during assessments. Communicate findings and recommendations to Quality Management Director and relevant departments. Encourage a culture of quality and continuous improvement within healthcare organizations; Share best practices and support hospitals in implementing improvements. Handle sensitive information with discretion and in compliance with ethical and legal standards. Stay updated on national and international healthcare accreditation standards. Performs all duties in a professional, effective and confidential manner. Performs all other related duties as required or assigned.
A Senior Project manager is responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, executive, control and completion of project, while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments and goals of the organization. Additional Details: Plan and coordinate projects utilizing project methodologies and related tools to bring projects to successful completion, within scope, on time, and within budget. Lead team and stakeholder meetings, using engaging, informative presentation methodologies. Develop project plans specifying goals, strategy, staffing and scheduling. Deliver timely and effective updates to internal and external contacts. Manage project risk and change management and take an active role in resolving conflicts and delivering solutions. Oversee activities of project personnel to ensure projects progress on schedule. Create and maintain project documentation. Represent the hospital project amongst local authorities and other relevant stakeholders for issues related to the project. Have overall responsibility for the development and implementation of the project. In collaboration with the Hospital Team, ensure accurate data and information collection and analyse it for adequate implementation of the hospital project within the frame determined by the delegation. Develop plans of action, lead their implementation and, when required, adapt the orientation of the project to fulfil the objectives. Ensure a systematic and accurate reporting system for all hospital activities. Ensure that the staff has resources, skillsets and tools necessary to accomplish our mission by identifying ongoing educational and training opportunities. Ensure project outcomes meet or exceed expectations in terms of scope, timeliness and quality by conducting close-out project evaluations. Serve as a subject matter expert within the organization for project management knowledge. Continuously assess and improve the PMO team functions and processes while enhancing and updating Project Management methodology and tools for the PMO. Performs all duties in a professional, effective and confidential manner. Performs all other related duties as required or assigned.

Qualifications Education/Licensure: Bachelor’s Degree in Optometry from an accredited university. (Essential) Valid Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) Classification and Registration in good standing (Essential). Experience: Minimum of one (1) year experience in related field (Desirable).
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing in country of professional practice (Diploma from Western and similar countries, otherwise Bachelor’s Degree) Current License as a Registered Nurse (RN) from country of Professional practice (Essential).Valid Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) Classification and Registration in good standing (Essential).Professional Experience:Non- Saudi: Minimum of four (4) years working experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute health care/ hospital setting (100 beds or more), two (2) years of which was spent Medical/Surgical/Pediatric/Operating Room/Post Anesthesia Recovery Room/High Dependency Unit/Emergency Room areas (Essential).Saudi: Minimum of one (1) year working experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute health care/ hospital setting (100 beds or more), two (2) years of which was spent in Medical/Surgical/Pediatric/Operating Room/Post Anesthesia Recovery Room/High Dependency Unit/Emergency Room
